DISCLAIMER
These tasks are based on an average house needing cleaned - if a property is particularly dirty or it has been neglected it may not be possible to complete all the tasks above in a reasonable timescale. The price shown is for an average dirty house and on average cleans should take:-
1 Bed property - approx 6-8 man hours
2 Bed property - approx 10-12 man hours
3 Bed property - approx 12-14 man hours
4 Bed property - approx 16-18 man hours
These hours will be set between teams of 2-4 professional cleaners to visit for a set amount of time to complete as many of the above tasks as possible.

We like all carpet cleaners can offer no guarantee's that our service will achieve the desired cleaning results. Although we will ALWAYS strive to achieve the very best results from any service we provide, many different factors can affect the result of carpet cleaning, including age of the carpet, how often it has been professionally cleaned, weight of traffic, type of carpet, burns, sock dye, UV damage, etc. For this reason we can only guarantee's our 100% effort and commitment to the service we provide, and sadly can make no guarantee's that any carpets/upholstery we clean will be free of stains/marks or heavy traffic marks, or that any of these will be removed by our service.
Creating a booking with us will attract a non-refundable £25.00 deposit for carpet cleaning or a non-refundable £50.00 deposit for End of Tenancy clean. The relevant deposit is payable via debit or credit card at the time of making the booking. Once paid the date and time you book for us to attend your property will instantly become exclusive to you and unavailable to others. The relevant deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the services you book with us. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash or via card transaction upon our cleaning operative's arrival - we do not accept bank transfers. You will receive a certified proof of work invoice for the services you have received upon our cleaning operative's departure. In the event of a cancellation the deposit can be carried over and used against the outstanding balance of the total cost of the original booking provided that we are given a minimum of 5 days notice and the rescheduled date is within 14 days of the original booking date. Failure to provide us with a minimum of 7 days notice of reschedule will result in the loss of the deposit paid. Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation / reschedule or if the cleaning operatives are unable to gain access to the Client’s home, through no fault of the Company this will result in 100% of the whole contract price being incurred and will be debited from the card used at the time of the deposit being taken. Submission of a deposit indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
